‘Hillsborough Law’ to be introduced in parliament

Campaigners have backed the so-called ‘Hillsborough Law’ after a meeting with the Prime Minister in Downing Street.

The Bill is intended to make sure authorities will face criminal sanctions if they attempt to cover up the facts behind disasters such as the Hillsborough tragedy or the Grenfell Tower fire.
