A deadly blaze in Hong Kong has become the worst in memory after multiple high rise apartment buildings caught fire, killing 128 people with 150 still missing.
Anti-corruption officers have arrested 11 people in connection with renovation work at the complex, while China has announced a sweeping inspection of fire-safety standards in high-rise buildings.
But at the site of the fire, authorities appear increasingly nervous at the presence of volunteers who are trying to help survivors.
