Paul Doyle has been sentenced to 21 and a half years in prison after driving into a crowd at Liverpool FC’s Premier League victory parade last May.
In sentencing, the judge described the "truly shocking footage" of the incident and said it’s impossible to convey in words the "scenes of devastation he caused".
