A doctor at a Minneapolis hospital says staff are treating seven critically injured patients.
Speaking to the media, Dr Thomas Wyatt at Hennepin Healthcare Hospital says they received 11 patients, nine children and two adults. Four of the victims needed surgery, he adds.
