Video footage captures the moment a hot air balloon crashed next to a motorway in Rochester, Minnesota, leaving two of the three people onboard injured. Strong winds pushed the balloon into a power line as the pilot attempted to land in a field. The basket separated from the balloon and fell to the ground from between 6 and 9 metres up.
