Researchers at the University of Bournemouth have teamed up with a drugs charity to start an alcohol abuse rehabilitation scheme focussing on healthy food.
The project looks at the science behind how better nutrition can prevent relapses during withdrawal.
It’s already had a positive impact, with the hope it’ll be rolled out across the country.
