How are children getting vapes laced with zombie drug spice? | ITV News

It is a dangerous and deadly drug and now children as young as thirteen are being hospitalized by spice.
It’s because the vapes they use have been laced with the powerful synthetic drug.
So how is it reaching them and how can it be stopped?
