Sky News has been given rare access to the elite Spanish police force hunting drug smugglers at sea and on land in Andalusia.
That region of Spain is the main gateway for drugs into Europe.
The police are fighting but failing to prevent vast amounts of cocaine coming into the continent from South American drug gangs.
The authorities are out-resourced by the smugglers, which is "a problem for the entire of Europe".
Speaking exclusively to Sky News, a cocaine smuggler says his people are working every night to bring the cocaine in.
