How the lives of thousands of people are being destroyed by anti-social behaviour

A landmark report has found that thousands of complaints about anti-social behaviour have not been resolved by police or local councils.

The Victims’ Commissioner for England and Wales found that 65% of those who said their lives were being ruined had no action taken to help them, meaning the problem was allowed to continue.

Labour has made tackling anti-social behaviour one of their key pledges for government.

Sky’s People and Politics Correspondent Nick Martin met some of those whose lives were being blighted by arson, noise and violence.
