Huge crowds in Tel Aviv demand deal be agreed to free hostages

People poured on to the streets of Tel Aviv on Saturday night to protest against the government’s failure to secure the return of the remaining hostages held in Gaza. Similar protests were held in Jerusalem.
The protests came a week after one of the largest demonstrations of the war, which came after the discovery of another six dead hostages in Gaza.
Israel has been under increasing pressure from the US and other allies to reach a ceasefire deal, but the prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, has so far pushed back, causing growing anger among Israelis who the hostages returned safely
