Human rights group says Israeli military using white phosphorus munitions

The Israeli military is accused of using white phosphorus munitions in a residential area of southern Lebanon over the weekend. Human Rights Watch says the strike may violate international humanitarian law. CNN’s Nada Bashir reports.
