The protest reportedly spread to other parts of Gaza, including Khan Younis in the south, in what has been described as the largest protest against the militant group inside the territory since the 7 October attacks, which resulted in the deaths of 1,218 people. The protest comes after Israel resumed bombing Gaza, raising the death toll of its military offensive to more than 50,000, according to Gaza’s health ministry, after nearly two months of a truce
