In the war ravaged Gaza Strip, there has been the rare sight of Palestinians protesting against Hamas, in anti-war demonstrations.
In the past, Hamas has cracked down on any sign of dissent but hundreds of people took part today.
One Hamas leader wrote on social media that people did have the right to protest but they should focus on Israel – which he described as the criminal aggressor.
