Sophy Ridge speaks to Baroness Louise Casey, who authored the government’s rapid review of child sexual exploitation.
She says: "I am angry. I’m angry on behalf of the victims. I’m angry on behalf of the victims that we don’t know about."
Casey then recounts the case of a girl who was raped by multiple men on her 13th birthday, and explains that once someone is a teenager, "it makes it much harder to prosecute for rape".
