Cathy Newman speaks to Miatta Fahnbulleh, the devolution minister who was the first to resign from government this morning.
Fahnbulleh says Sir Keir Starmer needs to ask himself two questions: "Can you command the confidence of the country… and are you capable of delivering the level of ambition?"
She says that the PM "needs to reflect", and "if the answer to those in his heart is no, I hope he will do the right thing.
"I hope he will put in place a proper process and a transition."
