The International Criminal Court (ICC) chief prosecutor holds a confirmation of charges hearing against the fugitive Ugandan rebel commander Joseph Kony, who remains at large.
He is suspected of crimes against humanity allegedly committed in 2003 and 2004 in northern Uganda.
