ICE officer who shot Minneapolis woman previously injured in traffic stop

CNN’s Randi Kaye reports new details about the ICE officer who shot and killed Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis on Wednesday. The officer, identified in court documents as Jonathan Ross, was previously involved in another incident, where he was dragged after getting his arm trapped in a vehicle while trying to make an arrest.
