At least 43 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since Saturday, according to local hospitals, as the Israeli offensive on Gaza City intensifies.
Last week, Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described the killing of journalists as a "tragic mishap" – after a strike on a hospital in southern Gaza killed at least 20 people, including five journalists.
