Former Post Office CEO Paula Vennells is giving evidence at the Horizon Post Office IT Scandal Inquiry, that saw sub-postmaster wrongly convicted. A fault in Fujitsu’s IT system known as Horizon led to postmasters being convicted of theft and other crimes, when it turned out to be the system, and not them.
