Amputees in Gaza are being "offered" paracetamol after surgery due to having "minimal" anaesthetic, says a theatre nurse in Gaza.

Jay Matthews is currently working in a field hospital in al-Mawasi run by the British charity, UK-Med. He tells Channel 4 News how conditions have deteriorated during recent weeks.
