Housing Minister, Matthew Pennycook, has been speaking to Sky News about when the Government’s ‘one in, one out’ policy will come into effect.
Pennycook was unable to give a date for when illegal migrants will be sent to France as part of the scheme, saying it will be in the "coming weeks".
