An independent review into the murder of Henry Nowak has been ordered by the Home Secretary.
It’ll examine whether there were missed opportunities to prevent the 18-year-old’s murder. Henry was handcuffed and arrested, despite having been fatally stabbed.
Henry’s family say it’s a "significant moment" which, they hope, will "uncover the truth" about Henry’s death and their treatment in the aftermath.
