India air pollution: Why there's no escape from Delhi's biggest killer

The UN has warned that 99% of the world’s population is exposed to some form of air pollution, with nearly all pollution-related deaths occurring in low and middle-income countries.

According to The Lancet medical journal, air pollution caused by fossil fuels has claimed 1.7 million lives in India.

Doctors now describe it as a public health emergency, damaging nearly every organ.

Delhi is the world’s most polluted capital – Sky’s Neville Lazarus reports from there.
