Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer says the images and news after the plane crash in Ahmedabad are "absolutely devastating".
"There will be British and Indian families across the land who are absolutely impacted by this," he says. "Our thoughts, first and foremost, are with them."
The PM also confirmed that an investigation team had been dispatched to India to help local authorities.
