Step aboard the USS Ashland with GB News as we go behind the scenes at San Francisco Fleet Week and meet the sailors and US Marines proudly serving America.
From the ship’s bridge to the cramped interior of a Light Armored Vehicle, we discover what life is really like aboard a US Navy amphibious ship. We meet Marines who explain the vehicles and equipment they use, get a closer look at the M27 rifle and 240 Bravo machine gun, and find out how the USS Ashland transports Marines, vehicles and supplies.
We also hear why Fleet Week matters so much to the military and the public — giving sailors and Marines the chance to share their stories face to face, explain their missions and show how the Navy and Marine Corps work together.
