Inside Nato’s Norwegian training ground preparing for Arctic war

The Canadian prime minister Mark Carney has hailed joint NATO exercises in Norway as a way for the alliance to build its defensive capabilities against Russia and any other external threat. Thousands of troops from 14 countries have been taking part in the drills – code named Cold Response.
