So is there still a political pulse in a nation where Putin rules supreme and parties that oppose the war are banned?

The only anti-war party has been banned, while candidates deemed to have "undesirable" opinions have been disqualified or jailed.

This is a rare journey through Moscow, where we discover what campaigning looks like in an election where everyone already knows who the winner will be.
