Is Gen Z to blame for UK’s work crisis?

The UK faces a work crisis – millions of people aren’t working and not looking for work – combined with sluggish productivity among those in the workplace – mean it could take longer for a recovery to happen.

But does the blame fall on the youngest of workers – Gen Z – who are sometimes labelled as “lazy” and unwilling to work in the same way their parents and grandparents did?
