‘The Green Party needs to learn from Nigel Farage’, is a statement many people on the Left of politics would disagree with.
But that is what the party’s deputy leader, Zack Polanski, is saying must happen if the Greens are to emulate Reform UK’s surge in the polls.
Polanski is running to become the party’s next leader on a platform calling for "eco-populism", suggesting a change in direction is needed from the more diplomatic path being walked by the current leadership.
