Commander-in-Chief for the Syrian Democratic Forces, Abdi Mazloum, tells Sky’s Alex Rossi a resurgent ISIS is starting to take advantage of the fall of Bashar al Assad.
He says that "ISIS is now stronger in the Syrian desert" as they have "greater freedom of movement since they face no issues with other groups".
