A Medicins Sans Frontier surgeon currently working at Al Shifa hospital in Gaza has told Sky News that the health system there is "starting to collapse".
Dr Ghassan Abu Sittah told us it was "a catastrophe waiting to happen" with his hospital not being able to cope with the wounded.
