Imene Trabelsi from the International Committee of the Red Cross says all parties to the conflict have a legal obligation to sustain basic needs for people in Gaza – food, water and health.
Ms Trabelsi emphasises the risk of power failing in the territory, and the impact on health and hospitals were this to go on for a prolonged period of time.
