Donald Trump says a "total" ceasefire has been agreed between Israel and Iran, ending their 12-day conflict.
Overnight missile attacks were subsequently reported in both countries, with Israel’s emergency services saying four people were killed in the south of the country after an Iranian strike on a residential area.
