Thousands of Israelis are demanding an end to the war in Gaza after Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad released videos of two Israeli hostages in which they appear emaciated and weak. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has expressed "profound shock" over the condition of these two hostages. Far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir expressed outrage over the hostage footage, too. On Sunday, Ben Gvir spoke at the flashpoint Temple Mount in Jerusalem, known to Muslims as Haram al-Sharif, and reiterated his call for Israel to occupy the entire Gaza Strip.
