Israel has been accused of killing two Palestinian men who appeared to be surrendering to IDF soldiers.
Video captured by a Reuters journalist showed the two men lifting their jumpers to indicate they were not carrying weapons during the incident in the northern West Bank city of Jenin.
The soldiers then appeared to order the men back inside a building before they are shot.
