Health officials in Gaza say at least 27 Palestinians have been killed and dozens wounded after Israeli tanks, drones and helicopters opened fire near an aid distribution site in Rafah in the south.

It’s the third day Israel is accused of killing people seeking food at a site run by the US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.
Israel said it fired at a group who’d left the designated access routes. It’s also issued new evacuation orders for several districts of nearby Khan Younis.
