Plumes of smoke billowed above Jabaliya refugee camp on Sunday as Israel continued its bombardment of the Gaza Strip for the third consecutive day, following the breakdown of a truce with Hamas.
A spokesperson from the Gaza health ministry reported multiple casualties resulting from Israeli strikes on Jabaliya in northern Gaza. Israel also issued additional evacuation orders for civilians, as a government spokesperson said it had resumed targeting Hamas, particularly around Khan Younis, the enclave’s second-largest city.
