The Israeli military has begun withdrawing troops from a stronghold in the occupied West Bank, security officials told ITV News, but some Palestinian groups have disputed this.
An intense two-day operation has lead to the deaths of at least 12 Palestinians, confiscated hundreds of weapons and left widespread damage in its wake.
