Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon told Sky News he "would not comment on the specific attack" carried out by the IDF in Lebanon in which they targeted Hezbollah’s central headquarters in southern Beirut.
Mr Danon said the person who was attacked was "plotting to murder Jews".
