The family of a man who died waiting for life-saving brain surgery say they’re furious that lessons haven’t been learnt.
John Brackenbury died at Addenbrooke’s hospital in Cambridge after doctors chose to operate on a different patient.
A lot of recommendations were made after John’s death, almost ten years ago, but whistleblowers have told Sky News that nothing has changed.
