Italy SOLVES illegal immigration as Britain ‘SNUBBED’ offer to stick with Rwanda

As Italy’s deal with Albania to process migrants there has been given the legal go-ahead, the government faces accusations that it turned down a similar offer from France that would have seen illegal Channel crossings cease.
