The mother of one of the stabbed Nottingham University students has said that Valdo Calocane’s benefits entitlement is an "insult to injury" after he was committed to a mental hospital rather than being jailed for murder.
The schizophrenic, 32, was convicted of brutally stabbing and killing students Barnaby Webber and Grace O’Malley-Kumar, both 19 and school caretaker Ian Coates, 65.
