A new video has emerged that Jeffrey Epstein appears to have recorded covertly in detention.
As with all releases from the US Department of Justice, we have no context for this video.
The backdrop, description and Epstein’s clothing suggest, however, that the message was addressed to two unidentified women and was recorded secretly in detention.
