Robert Jenrick has hit out at what he says is "two-tier" justice after new sentencing guidelines were issued.
The shadow justice secretary said the proposals "seemed like blatant bias, particularly against Christians, and against straight white men".
The Sentencing Council has issued new guidance for England and Wales which would make ethnicity or the faith of an offender a bigger factor when deciding whether to jail them.
