Jens Stoltenberg: Russian threat ‘not taken seriously’ until invasion of Crimea | ITV News

Former secretary general of Nato, Jens Stoltenberg spoke to ITV News’ Europe Editor James Mates, about the future of the alliance, the role of Donald Trump and the threat posed by Russia.

He said that the military bloc had improved its capability after Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014, but was still "not where we should be" in terms of deterrance.
