“Jimmy Kimmel Live!” will return to air on Tuesday night on ABC, the Walt Disney Company has announced.
Veteran late-night comic Jimmy Kimmel had his programme pulled last week over "offensive and insensitive" comments about Charlie Kirk.
The move sparked a national debate about government interference and freedom of speech between supporters of President Donald Trump’s administration and Kimmel, who had been vocally critical of each other over the years.
