US talk show host Jimmy Kimmel has had his programme pulled over "offensive and insensitive" comments about Charlie Kirk, a move welcomed by President Donald Trump.
Mr Kimmel used his show on Monday night to accuse Mr Trump and his allies of capitalising on the conservative influencer’s assassination last week.
