Joe Biden has commented on the plane crash involving mercenary chief Yevgeny Prigozhin, saying that he is ‘not surprised’ by reports.
The Russian Aviation Authority has confirmed Prigozhin was onboard when the Embraer plane crashed and all 10 passengers died.
The US president also alluded to Vladimir Putin’s involvement saying: ‘There’s not much that happens in Russia that Putin is not behind’
