John Davidson says he is ‘deeply mortified’ after shouting a racial slur at the BAFTAs #itvnews

Davidson says he has always been ‘deeply mortified’ when people consider his involuntary tics to be intentional and he removed himself from the auditorium when he was aware his tics were causing distress.

BAFTA and The BBC have also apologised for how the situation was handled.
