Kashmir attack: Tensions rise as India and Pakistan cancel visas

26 people were killed when gunmen opened fire with automatic weapons in a popular tourist site in the territory. Indian police claimed two of the suspected attackers were Pakistani citizens. India’s prime minister insisted that terrorism would not go unpunished.
